Theatrix provided an octagonal truss structure, enhanced by LED lighting, for MRI’s Fall Showcase at the Sturbridge Host conference center Oct 23-25 2017, providing both a safe mounting for 4 – 65” video screens and a central visual statement in the conference hall.

By using techniques and practices learned from years in the music touring industry, we were able to mount the truss octagon, screens, lights and all accompanying cable while on the ground rather than the difficulty, risk and wasted time of doing all of it at 10 feet in the air.  Theatrix  also designed custom bracket supports  that allowed the 65” video screens to be quickly, safely and conviently attached.

By employing two styles of trussing some decorative panels could be be added to the 8 supporting piers and lit effectively with LEDs
